Journey with Us
Pray with Us
As a community we are conscious of the fact that very many Friends and Benefactors - some totally unknown to us - have helped us establish here in Kilbroney "God's own House of Prayer for all people".

Some people have given their time and energy to assist us in various tasks; many more have given us their generous financial support, while a whole host of brothers and sisters in Christ have continually held us in their prayer.
In regard to all of these good people we feel a great debt of gratitude. With the Apostle Paul we can say that "we never cease to give thanks for them and constantly we mention their needs in our prayer".

We count upon the on-going support of Friends and Benefactors to help us remain faithful to the mission confided to us.
Perhaps you might like to engage yourself in some way to help sustain the life and ministry of Holy Cross Monastery. The Benedictine Monks

Those who wish to make a financial contribution can do so either by sending a gift directly to the monastery or arranging a Standing Order through their Bank Account (Cheques made payable to Benedictine Monks)
If you are a UK Taxpayer you can increase the amount given to the monastery, at no extra cost to yourself, by signing the attached Charitable Contribution Form. Click here.

Remembering how on the day of the opening of our monastery the Dean of Down Cathedral expressed the hope that it would be given to successive generations of monks to serve God and His people in this place, we invite those who feel led to do so to consider the future needs of the monastery by a remembrance of our community in their Last Will and Testament.

Each and every day Friends and Benefactors, living and deceased, are brought before the Lord in the monastic community's prayer.
